MIG 3.3 and older
The 3.3 MIG design does not support dual rank DIMMs.

MIG 3.4 and later
Dual rank support for the Virtex-6 DDR3 FPGA design is available starting with MIG 3.4 (ISE Design Suite 12.1). 

The dual rank support calibrates to one rank of the DIMM. 

This restricts deep support to dual rank DIMMs only. 

Deep configurations with multiple single rank DIMMs are not supported. 

DDR3 Dual Rank DIMMs are supported at 303 MHz (3300 ps).

Note: There are currently no plans to add quad-rank support to the Virtex-6 DDR2/DDR3 MIG solution.
