解决方案

This error is fixed in the 2015.1 version of Vivado.

The root issue has been isolated to blank Virtual Buses causing the error.

The error arises when all signals are deleted with a blank virtual bus being present.

Normal select and delete operations behave as expected.

To work around this issue, ensure that all Virtual Buses contain members.
