There is a known issue in ChipScope analyzer 14.2 which causes an error when attempting to configure a 7 series (Artix-7, Kintex-7, Virtex-7) device with a partial bitstream.
In the 14.2 ChipScope analyzer GUI, if the checkbox next to "Partial Reconfiguration Bitstream" is checked and a partial bitstream is loaded, cse_server aborts with the following error message:
CSE %
Cse Server:Opening client connection from 172.19.145.12 on port 37217
Cse Server:Connected on Mon Jun 18 2012 at 04:23:22 PM PDT
CSE % terminate called after throwing an instance of 'XilCommNS::ACDEntryNotFoundException'
Abort
This is a known issue for 14.2 ChipScope analyzer. This will be fixed in version 14.3 of the ChipScope analyzer.
Using the partial bitstream loading function within ChipScope analyzer is not recommended for 14.2. Instead, use iMPACT to load the partial bitstream.
