The FMC-516 integrates four synchronised 250 MS/s 16-bit ADC and a local programmable clock in an FMC (VITA 57) format. The density, speed and resolution feeding an FPGA host provides high performance low latency solution ideal for SIGINT, radar (including beamforming) and SDR applications. The FMC-516 supports the able to synchronise multiple modules together for coherent sampling. The sample clock input can be supplied from one of three source: external RF clock input for the direct sampling frequency, 10MHz external on internal source to drive an onboard programmable clock generator. The FMC-516 is supplied in rugged air and conduction-cooled builds.
